Refund and Cancellation Policy

If there are any duplicate transactions or payments made by the Members, the extra payment can be adjusted in the next month's bill, or on request with valid documents, a refund may be processed within 15 working days by Ordnance Club.

Amount on the member bill is as displayed. However, due to any technical issue, typographical error, or product information received from our backend services, amounts may vary. Ordnance Club will endeavour to be accurate. However, if you come across any difference in amounts on the Ordnance Club member portal pre and post payment, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of having made your payment.

Ordnance Club shall then refund the difference amount within 10-15 business days of intimation. The mode of refund will be the same as the original payment method. For bills paid by Cash or Cheque, the refunds will be processed by Cheque.

If Ordnance Club identifies any discrepancy in amounts, it reserves the right to rectify the same or cancel the payments accordingly.

Cancellation of Payments

For Monthly Bills, once a payment has been made online, the Member will not be able to cancel it. For refund and other issues, Members must contact Ordnance Club directly. Settlements will be made based on the Club Rules published by Ordnance Club.

All Refund and Cancellation settlements will be made by Ordnance Club in accordance with the Club Rules of Ordnance Club.

Online payments for monthly bills are final and non-cancellable. All disputes are resolved per the Club Rules.
