Carrying of Membership Cards
In the recent past, it has come to notice that some unauthorized persons have entered the Club and used its facilities inspite of best of vigil by the Receptionist and the Security staff. Hence, members and dependents are requested to be in possession of their cards while visiting the Club. The Management or their representatives reserve the right to inspect the card of any member or dependent within the Club premises. This is to ensure that no un-authorised person enters the Club to use its facilities and that the bonafide users get the best of service.

Hon’ble members are requested to cooperate and assist the Management in weeding out un-authorised persons from the Club premises.

Renewal of Identity Cards
Entry to the Club especially during all the functions will be strictly on valid Membership, Spouse and Dependents cards. Members are therefore once again requested to renew their Identity Cards for 2010 at the earliest.

HEARTY WELCOME TO MEMBERS
We would like to remind the members that entry for members and dependents for all Club programmes is free. It would be a pleasure to see all members and their dependents attending the functions and using the occasion for socializing and entertainment.

Entry of Guest
Visitors are not allowed inside the club premises if not accompanied by a club member. Club members are requested to register the details of the guests at reception before entering into the club due to security reasons.

Identity Card Renewal
Members are requested to get their Identity cards renewed for the year 2011 by giving application with two photographs of each member along with old ID Card to avoid inconvenience during usage of the Club facilities. It is mandatory to carry valid membership card and show to the staff on demand.

Entry to Club Premises
Members are requested to carry a valid membership / dependent card. All members are requested to enter the details of the guests at Reception before entering the Club to avoid embarrassment in front of guests. Certain members insist on writing guests while going out which is not allowed. Request co-operate.
